New Mexico KOA.  Here are some pictures of the kids playing.  We hung out for a bit just to rest after our very exciting day!!  We were in a town north of Albuquerque called Bernalillo.  The KOA was very clean and nice. I love KOAs.  Too bad we couldn’t meet up with some NM people for breakfast.

I forgot to mention in my last post about NM that the GPS led us wrong once we exited the freeway to the KOA.  The GPS said to turn right and the signs off the freeway said to turn left.  We turned right and ended up a mile down the road at a dead end street.  The turn around was too small for Jeff and so he had to do a 50 point turn and ripped off his plastic bumper in the process.  Jenna was kind enough to take pictures of me standing out in the middle of the night and directing traffic but the pictures did not turn out.  You’ll have to use your imagination. :)

When we got to our cabin Jenna was acting kinda sulky and I asked her what was wrong.  She started crying and said she didn’t know what was wrong.  Poor kid.  She was stressed out about the days’ happenings but being unable to do anything about it.  As cool as Jeff and I tried to stay about everything she *knew* that things were out of sorts.  Thankfully the other kids were oblivious.  After a quick snuggle she was fine again. :)

And then we were off again.  Oklahoma here we come!!
