Missouri Weather

Is more fun than AZ weather.

We got rain.

We broke out the Rokenbok yesterday.  We’ve had it packed up for over 4 years!!  We put it away when Lina was just a baby and we had a revolving door on our house in which foster children passed through with great rapidity.  You can’t have a toy like this out when you have kids that don’t know the rules.

Jacob and the garage.

Jason and the monorail.

John and another monorail.

Jonah’s new smile for the camera.

And the beds arrived and were assembled.

Oops, we are short a bed.  It will arrive on Thursday.

Jonah made his debut in a big bed last night.  He was still sleeping in this picture I took this morning.  He slept through the whole wake up routine.

Sleeping cutie.

I have something artsy fartsy planned for today.

Jenna and I had to skip the tea room as they are packed out on weekends.  We will try for Tuesday.

Jeff is off to buy a lawn mower for the jungle which is our yard.

I spent 1.5 hours transferring utilities on Friday.  Everything should be in our name by Monday/Tuesday.  Right now we are piggybacking on the neighbors wireless internet.

Off to do something fun.

That is an awesome toy! I just love things that the kids can build with– Lincoln Logs, TinkerToys, giant cardboard blocks, wooden train sets… hours of fun without a single battery!
I just love Jonah’s big toothy grin– you can’t help but smile when you look at it.

I think Kansas storms are LOTS more fun than Texas storms. The skies get more scary in Kansas.
