Microsoft vs. Mozilla
I have always used Microsoft products, including Internet Explorer. I mean, why wouldn’t I? Why would I want to use Firefox over Internet Explorer? Thunderbird rather than Outlook? SeaMonkey? I can’t even imagine using a program with a name like SeaMonkey.
It has been brought to my attention that my blog is not Firefox friendly. At first I really was not all that concerned. I mean, how many people really use Firefox anyway? SeaMonkey? So, I start looking at my stats and find that a whopping 25% are using Firefox. Why? Why would they use Firefox over Internet Explorer? I just don’t understand! Someone please tell me.
Anyway, in an effort to make my blog more visually appealing to the masses, I am going to take some time tonight to go through my code to find out where the problem lies. So, for all you Mozillians out there – can you please tell me if the margins are messed up on all pages you look at or just certain pages?

The margins are fine now.
Why Firefox?
1) It actually loads faster than IE. No kidding!
2) It has many add on features like ad block that internet explorer does not. I don’t see ANY of your ads on any site. One day I opened up my safari browser ( I use a MAC) and was shocked at how many ads was on Katie’s site that I never knew were there because of all the extra ad on features I have with firefox.
—I stopped here and decided that I would just google to see if there was something out there that could be lazy and put a link instead…. so here you go! :O)

We like Firefox better too! Usually the margins are fine, sometimes they seem a little goofy, but I didn’t think anything about it.
We are Firefox fans! IE gave us nothing but trouble after they ran an upgrade. It would constantly close down, and I had no idea how to fix it. We downloaded Firefox and have had no further problems. Almost every page I look at is fine, yours included. However, just today, the bullets of the right hand column have slipped into the white text box. The first letter of each is in the shaded area, and a little hard to read.
I really loved seeing the older pictures of the children. I recently got a scanner and need to post some old pics, too!

We use Firefox here as well. I have never had a problem with you blog though.
We are mac users, I view with either Safari or Camino and everything looks okay to me.
I use Firefox, because I have vista and SBC isn’t ready for vista, they said. I like the tab opening feature and a friend showed me it. And yes the margins are a bit off.

Personally, I wonder why people use Internet Explorer. Safari on an Apple beats them all in my house. :) Firefox is okay too, but I’m just used to Safari I guess.
I love firefox and the ad block feature, but I’ve started using IE because of a weird glitch in firefox that was causing me problems. Boy, do I miss the adblocker!!!
I used to have problems on Katies blog when we had IE. When I changed to Firefox recently, I have had no further issues. I do see where the bullets on the top right of your page have migrated over a bit. I quit using IE because it kept shutting itself down for no apparent reason. Also with firefox, I don’t have to have a bunch of open windows. If someone closes out firefox the wrong way, then it remembers which tabs were open and asks me if I would like to open them back up the way it was before it was shut down. I have only had it a month or so and I won’t go back… so much easier!
We use Firefox…. Hubby says it’s more secure….
I use firefox because I like the tabs!!! Woo Hoo.
I like that it will open up the tabs I use daily each time I start up the internet.
I don’t seem to have a problem reading you — then I remembered… I read you from google reader most of the time. I only see you if I want to comment on something…
FIREFOX!! Woo Hoo… we like it.
Oh and I “stumble” every once in a while too — that’s always fun.
Well I use firefox/mozilla because my husband says I have to. He is a programmer and he is a mac user so he uses safari. I have never had any problems with the margins on yours or Kate’s blog.
I am a firefox user, and your blog has been a bit wonky some days, but not unreadable. Today it is mighty perfectly easy to read :D
I use Firefox because my computer expert Dh says I should. And I like having the weather displayed across the bottom of my window, and the tabs.
