Pictures From Last Week.
May 5, 2008
As I said, last week was a blast. Monday night I went to the library book sale and loaded up.
But wait, that’s not all.
You can start salivating now.
Now you want to go to the next sale, huh?

I’ll meet you there and we can go out to dinner afterwards. My kids have been reading non stop since I came home. Debbie loaded up on little kids books of which I have no clue about. Next time I will drag her along again ain and make her pick out some books for my little ones.
Tuesday was a quiet day and we were preparing to commemorate a very special anniversary.

One.
Let the party begin.
Everyone join in.
To be continued….

You have much to celebrate Team Bettendorf!!! =) We are dancing with you Jillie!! Reminds me of the song “Fields of Grace”
There’s a place that I love to run and play
There’s a place that I sing new songs of praise
Dancing with my Father God in fields of grace
There’s a place that I lose myself within
There’s a place that I find myself again
Dancing with my Father God in fields of grace
There’s a place where religion finally dies
There’s a place that I lose my selfish pride
Dancing with my Father God in fields of grace
I love my Father, my Father loves me
I dance for my Father, my Father sings over me
And nothing can take that away from me
There’s a place where religion finally dies
There’s a place that I lose my selfish pride
Dancing with my Father God in fields of grace

Your light broke through my night
Restored exceeding joy
Your grace fell like the rain
And made this desert live
Chorus:
You have turned my mourning into dancing
You have turned my sorrow into joy
Your hand lifted me up
I stand on higher ground
Your praise rose in my heart
And made this valley sing
Chorus
You have turned my mourning into dancing
You have turned my sorrow into joy
This is how we overcome
Chorus
You have turned my mourning into dancing
You have turned my sorrow into joy

Did you see my snow pictures last week? I do believe it’s all finally melted…
We’ve had our own hospital ordeal this past week, and ugh, I’m glad to be getting over that hump again. Respiratory crud stinks! (I’m really tired and crabby, still…)
Anyhoo- looking forward to hearing about your school schedule revamping. It’s seems I’m always tweaking ours; nothing is really static around here, except, well, maybe dirty dishes and laundry…
Enjoy them all,
ali
