YeeHaw!! Time For a Party!!
May 7, 2008
Then it was Saturday and time for the big round up!! Mariah’s 9th birthday was hosted at a local riding stable. Each of the birthday guests were able to ride a real live horse. And we were blessed to be invited as a family.
The first thing you do is put on your helmet. Because horses kick.
This is Mariah, the birthday girl, and her sister Ally, Alli, Ali.
Lucy is the pony.
The kids were told to praise the horses.
Mariah was treated to a ride backward. We sang happy birthday.
Debbie, I’m sure you were hoping I’d blog the whole event so you could just direct friends and family here but I am not going to do it. I have to give you something to do. Your poor neglected blog.
I’m only posting pics of those kids that don’t have a blog. I’ll let the older bloggers post their own.
Jessica rode.
Is there anything cuter than seeing your little person on top of a big animal?
My goodness.
Oh wait, is there anything cuter than seeing your little person with curls peeking out of a helmet and wearing a bandana?
She looked so little up there. The lady in the green hat is Dawn. She is the owner of the stables and nice as can be. All of the kids that were helping were great too. We were very impressed.
Joshua.
Josiah.
And Debbie bought the coolest birthday candles. I want these candles on my key lime pie for my birthday.
Thanks Hunsaker family. We had a blast!! Happy Birthday, Mariah!!

So, now looking at the picture, the candles look like they “Birthday Happy” instead of “Happy Birthday”. Ooops. Great, make me blog about it too. Thanks. Key Lime Pie, eh? Yummy. Glad you had fun, we did too!
