Chores For Babies
We are all about teaching responsibility here in the Bettendorf household. What that means is as soon as you can do chores you get ‘em. Even if you are under 2 feet tall there is always something you can help with. So I was getting kind of tired of feeding those chickens all by myself. It’s a hard job, you know.

It was time for Jodi to start pulling her own.

That’s right. Get to work. Those chickens are ravenous.

Good job, get some more…er, I mean, chop chop get to it you lazy little…cutie squishy baby…er, NOW!!

The best part was then she would tip her hand up too far and all of the chicken food would run up her sleeve instead of falling to the ground.

And we did the chores together. My back an arms were aching but she is so worth it.

Yes, she is.

Awwww, Jodi is just adorable! :-)
awww. I’m so jealous. You didn’t let ME hold the squishy baby when you made me do chores with you the other day – I just had to do the chores all by myself – no squishy baby. sniff sniff. ;-)
Slave driver. ;)
How come you’re wearing a big giant hood and she’s got nothing on her bare little head?? Hmmmph.
