I was reading your menu and saw your thoughts on wheat spaghetti.
I’ll bring you some Tinkyada white rice spaghetti to try. It tastes just like wheat spaghetti and holds together through cooking, unlike some other substitue noodles. It also comes in brown rice, but my kids like the white since it reminds them of the old days when we ate wheat spaghetti.
how about polenta? do you have corn allergies? i love whole grain polenta instead of pasta. you can soak the polenta in lime water first.
you never answered our questions about the beans/salad for supper . . . come on, we’re dying of suspense, throw us a bone. ;-)
