Mahnken Quilt
Back when I put up this post people began putting in their requests for a baby quilt. So I had to put some limits on it and decided that I had to have met the person in real life before they were worthy of a Bettendorf quilt.

Well, it just so happens I have met Veronica and family. They were driving by our house when we lived in Ozark and they came and stayed for several hours (in spite of the fact that Jenna was sick that day. They are very brave.) and they are such a nice, sweet, fun family.

If you ever have a chance to meet them, you should. V requested blues and browns so that is what she got.

Happy Baby to You Mahnken family!!

Oh, that’s beautiful!
Before they are worthy huh? Hmm…. how to get you to TN? Now that’s the real question……
Wow, that’s beautiful!! Baby Mahnken is going to be so spoiled! LOL Does being brave enough to invite you all to stay at my house during a trip you renigged on at the last moment count? ;)
Amy
ok… but you asked for it! We’ll all be there soon. (Course praying to be pregnant to get the baby quilt is a different story!)

It is beautiful!
I should meet them, I think we probably live less than 2 hrs away from each other.
(bowing) We’re not worthy, we’re not worthy” :D
Thanks Katie, it really is a beautiful quilt, even more so IRL. We’re hoping to get back out your way in the fall…how far are you from Little Rock? If not then, definitely the next party :)
And I agree Dusti, we should meet! :)
So beautiful. Your quilts are getting better and better with each one you make. The one for Donut looks like it is going to be incredible! I think you have found your calling. :) Besides raising kids, of course. ;)
